Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Solutions Expert

Job Description:This role entails overseeing the implementation and ongoing support of Dynamics solutions throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live and subsequent maintenance. The ideal candidate will provide guidance to business users, contribute towards solution design, create functional and customisation design documents, assist with configuration and data migration, and troubleshoot issues while recommending optimal solutions.Key Responsibilities:Support the continuous rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across all countries in the Claranet Group.Provide assistance to business users with their day-to-day D365 F&O tasks and responsibilities.Demonstrate an understanding of the functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality.Analyse customer requirements and match them with D365 F&O capabilities.Identify innovative workarounds to meet requirements without resorting to customisations.Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft's continuous release plans and recommend relevant new functionality when it becomes available.Required Skills and Experience:Possess deep functional knowledge of D365 F&O's Finance module & Project Management and Accounting (PMA).Able to apply functional knowledge to practical scenarios.Experience with implementing customised solutions to complex business problems.Excellent communication skills, particularly when interacting with global colleagues (mainly Europe).Demonstrable consultancy experience.Strong working knowledge of business processes and ER framework.A logical approach to problem-solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systems.Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Exceptional attention to detail.Possession of a relevant Microsoft certification is highly desirable.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant.PMA (Project Management and Accounting) Module implementation and support expertise.Fluent English language proficiency is mandatory.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Good interpersonal skills.A degree in Accountancy or MBA (Finance) would be advantageous.
