Now, as part of the Infosys family, we're expanding our engineering services across multiple new delivery sectors and locations, working in close collaboration with Infosys teams on the Automotive engineering projects of the future.Our India locations are the best of our India and European working cultures combined to deliver a workplace environment that is unique to in-tech, that ensures our engineering teams have great team spirit and a positive place to work.   We are looking for Android Automotive OS Developer, for a project in Bangalore, offering an onsite and hybrid working model for a European automotive OEM. If you're ready to contribute your expertise and grow in a flexible work environment, we'd love to hear from youResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize applications for the Android Automotive OS (AAOS) platform.Integrate Google Automotive Services (GAS) into the AAOS environment.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AAOS and GAS.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.Work with automotive hardware and software teams to optimize system performance.Ensure the security and reliability of the automotive applications.Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Android and automotive technologies.RequirementsProven experience with 5+ years in Android development with a strong understanding of Android SDK.Experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS) development is a mandate.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Kotlin.Familiarity with Google Automotive Services (GAS) and its integration will be an added advantage.Experience with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, MOST).Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as CANoe, CANalyzer, or similar.Knowledge of vehicle infotainment systems and automotive industry standards.Experience with other automotive operating systems is required.Knowledge of cloud services and IoT integration in automotive environments.Experience with agile development methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Apply with usIf you have the experience, team spirit and are looking for a great place to work, then start your job with us.
