About the Cost Analyst RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Cost Analyst to join our team. As a Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for providing critical financial insights and supporting business decision-making.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.Key Responsibilities:Transition of BU level costing activities to finance CoEResponsible for product costing activities performed within the ERP system (SAP) for the markets that have costing activities centralizedEstablish process for analysis of variances (Price & Factory) and provide business insights including actionable items to reduce variances compared to established standardsYou will collaborate with technology teams to resolve issues in processes or reports, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.Requirements:A Certified/Qualified Accountant: An accountant certified by a professional accounting body (Chartered accountant or Cost and Management Accountant)A University DegreeA minimum of eight years of post-qualification work experience with a manufacturing organisationMinimum of six years hands on experience with SAP product costing and end to end process knowledgeWe offer a collaborative environment where every team member can thrive.
