Language Learning Sales RepresentativeThe role of a Language Learning Sales Representative involves engaging with leads, scheduling product demo calls, and converting trial learners into paying customers using proven sales techniques and marketing materials.This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 2–5 years of experience in sales or customer success roles, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities to join our organization.Main Responsibilities:Follow up with inbound leads to understand their language learning goals and preferences.Schedule engaging product demo calls to showcase our language programs and services.Conduct discovery conversations to identify potential customers' needs and provide personalized solutions.Presentation TLS's language programs to clients and prospects.Convert trial learners into paying customers by providing exceptional customer service and support.Maintain accurate CRM records to track customer interactions and sales performance.Preferred Qualifications:A minimum of 1 year of experience in EdTech sales or customer success roles.Excellent English communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.Strong listening and persuasion abilities to build rapport with clients and close sales deals.A target-driven and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using digital tools and software to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships.
