  • Exceptional visual sense and design aesthetics.
  • Solid understanding and practical application of typography to convey meaning and emotion.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – a must-have.
  • Comfort and familiarity with Canva for quick and collaborative design tasks.
  • A proactive, "get-it-done" attitude – you're a self-starter who thrives on initiative.
  • Strong conceptualisation skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to adapt in a dynamic startup culture.
  • A portfolio that showcases your diverse visual communication prowess.

What your day might look like-

  • Conceptualisation & Design: Develop and execute visually stunning and effective designs for a wide range of marketing, communication, and product materials, including:
  • Social media graphics (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Website banners, landing page elements, and digital ads.
  • Presentations, reports, and internal communication materials.
  • Infographics, illustrations, and data visualizations.
  • Branding collateral (logos, style guides, templates) as needed.
  • Typography & Visual Aesthetics: Apply a solid understanding of typographic principles and a refined visual sense to all designs, ensuring clarity, impact, and brand consistency.
  • Brand Guardianship: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and effectively convey our brand message and values.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for professional-grade design work and leverage Canva for quick turnarounds, template creation, and collaborative projects.
  • Idea Generation: Actively contribute creative ideas for visual campaigns, content strategies, and design improvements. Be a proactive voice in brainstorming sessions.
  • Adaptability & Collaboration: Work effectively in a dynamic startup environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content, sales).
  • Research & Trends: Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate our visual output.
