Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Android Developer -II (Flutter Expertise) to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and robust cross-platform mobile applications. You will play a critical role in solving complex technical challenges, optimizing app performance, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Flutter Development & Problem Solving

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

• Solve complex technical challenges with innovative and efficient solutions.

• Optimize app performance and responsiveness for both Android and iOS platforms.

2. App Architecture & Design

• Develop scalable and maintainable app architectures.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

• Implement best practices to ensure clean, reusable, and testable code.

3. CI/CD & Release Management

• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for Flutter applications using tools like GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar.

• Monitor app releases and address post-release issues promptly.

4. Code Review & Quality Assurance

• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards.

• Write unit tests and ensure code coverage to deliver reliable applications.

5. Collaboration & Mentorship

• Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and QA engineers.

6. Technical Expertise

• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and Dart advancements.

• Integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and services efficiently.

• Leverage data structures and algorithms to solve technical challenges.

7. Ownership & Motivation

• Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.

• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to improve the development process.

Qualifications

• Languages: Proficiency in Dart; knowledge of Kotlin, Swift, or Java is a plus.

• Frameworks: Expertise in Flutter and its ecosystem.

• Tools: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Bitrise.

• App Lifecycle: Strong understanding of the full mobile app development lifecycle.

• Problem-Solving: Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and design problem-solving.

• Code Review: Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Testing: Familiarity with unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing in Flutter.

• Mentorship: Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small teams.

• Soft Skills: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
