Our organization seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Planning Analyst. The successful candidate will have experience with CCH Tagetik and a strong understanding of financial processes.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement solutions using CCH Tagetik, focusing on Analytics Information Hub (AIH).Build and maintain Data Transformation Processes (DTPs), ETL pipelines, and SQL-based logic.Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.Write TQL scripts, business rules, and calculations to support planning and forecasting.Design and manage data models, including custom dimensions and hierarchies.Integrate Tagetik with external systems using Data Management tools and APIs.Ensure secure user provisioning and access control.Participate in performance tuning, testing, and deployment.Provide ongoing technical support and drive continuous improvement.Support UAT and SIT processes by preparing test scenarios, documentation, and assisting end users.Create and maintain detailed functional and technical design documents, user stories, and process maps.Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of experience with Tagetik implementations.Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting).Hands-on experience in designing and deploying financial models and reports using PBCS, FCCS and CCH Tagetik.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred: Candidates with Engineering or MCA or MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualifications.Tagetik certified (Level 1/2/3)What We OfferA dynamic work environment that fosters collaboration and growth opportunities.A competitive compensation package that reflects your value to our organization.Continuous training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
