We offer comprehensive portfolio of low-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage switchgear, automation solutions, software, and services catering to diverse segments, including homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry.Position Name: Manager – Firmware DesignWork Location: Mahape, Navi MumbaiEducational Qualification: B.E.(Electrical/Electronics) /MTech (Electrical/Electronics/ Power electronics)Experience: 3- 8 yearsKey Responsibilities/Deliverables Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware using Embedded C.Selection of controller/DSP for power electronics applications and as per product requirementDeveloping control code in C programming for embedded controllers like TI, Microchip, ST etc. for power electronics and motor control application, Motor protections. HMI coding for parameter navigations and settings.Develop generic coding libraries which can be reused horizontally across projects.Communication protocol, UART, ModBus, TCP/IP, I2C, SPIParticipate in all phases of the software development life cycle: software specifications / requirements confirmation, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and systems engineering.Debug and optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and safety.Document design specifications, code, and test procedures.Required Skills:5+ years of experience in embedded firmware development.Proficiency in Embedded C programming.Solid understanding of the embedded development life cycle and best practices.Experience with debugging tools, oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and version control systems (e.g., Git).Good to Have:Experience with Motor control algorithm (v/f, vector control, sensor less -IM, PMSM), PWM techniques, Inverter, DC-DC converter, Battery charging algorithms, MPPT algorithms for solar inverters/drivesKnowhow of MATLAB – SimulinkCybersecurity features like firmware authentication, bootloader What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Educational Qualification: B.E.(Electrical/Electronics) /MTech (Electrical/Electronics/ Power electronics)Experience: 3- 8 yearsLet us learn about you Apply today.You must submit an online application to be considered for any position with us.
