Job description

The Government / Enterprise ( India & Global) Tenders Identification Expert is responsible for identifying and analyzing Government / Enterprise ( India & Global) tenders and procurement opportunities relevant to the organization's business goals. This role involves staying updated with various Government / Enterprise ( India & Global) procurement portals, understanding tender requirements, and ensuring the organization effectively capitalizes on these opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:-


Tender Identification:

  • Monitor and analyze Government / Enterprise ( India & Global) procurement portals, including e-procurement systems, to identify relevant tenders and bids.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of upcoming and current tenders across various sectors and regions.

Opportunity Analysis:

  • Assess tender documents to determine the suitability and potential opportunities for the organization.
  • Provide detailed analysis and recommendations on which tenders to pursue based on strategic fit, risk, and resource availability.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, legal, and technical departments, to gather necessary information and ensure comprehensive responses to tenders.
  • Communicate with Government / Enterprise ( India & Global) agencies and procurement officers to clarify tender specifications and requirements.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to tender submissions, including pre-qualification documents, bids, and proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with Government / Enterprise ( India & Global) regulations and standards for tender submissions.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities in Government / Enterprise ( India & Global) procurement.
  • Stay informed about policy changes and updates in Government / Enterprise ( India & Global) procurement processes.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on tender opportunities, submission status, and outcomes.
  • Analyze past tender submissions and outcomes to improve future bidding strategies.

Networking and Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain relationships with Government / Enterprise ( India & Global) officials, procurement officers, and industry peers to enhance the organization’s presence and visibility in the Government / Enterprise ( India & Global) sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Government / Enterprise ( India & Global) procurement or tender management, preferably with a focus on identifying and analyzing tenders.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Government / Enterprise ( India & Global) procurement processes and e-procurement systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using various digital platforms for tender identification.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
