About this Role:As a KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality KYC profiles in accordance with Group and Regulatory Policy. You will obtain documents as required from clients or relationship managers, undertake necessary due diligence checks, and ensure appropriate escalation according to Policy.Key Responsibilities:Production of KYC profiles to the highest standard & in line with the latest policies and procedures.Obtain & update all missing client documentation from clients (with help of RMs), ability to research and analyze large amounts of data and assess higher risk attributes.Following up on client profiles (in line with the latest escalation matrix) & making sure that all levels of signoff are in line with the latest Id matrix.Profiles to be sent for audit (after receiving all information) within standard timelines defined.Interfacing with Compliance, Sanctions and Relationship Managers where applicable, especially on matters involving escalation of pending and ageing profiles.Requirements:Minimum 2-3 Years of Customer Due Diligence / Enhanced Due Diligence at maker level.Graduation in Commerce/Finance or equivalent is essential.Flexibility to work in different shift timings.Good understanding of MS Office and proven skills on banking platforms.Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).Additional Information:This role involves working in a team environment to provide high-quality support services across various functions such as IT, KYC/AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally.
