Video Content Creator RoleOur company seeks an innovative and skilled Videographer cum Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video content for social media, campaigns, and internal storytelling initiatives.Develop and implement a comprehensive video content strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals.Script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.Capture photography content (store, product, lifestyle) and retouch/edit where needed.Collaborate with the content and marketing team to conceptualize fresh ideas and stay up-to-date on industry trends.Manage posting schedules and maintain content calendars to ensure timely and effective content distribution.Engage in active reputation management: monitor and respond to mentions, comments, tags.Key qualifications include:A bachelor's degree in journalism, design, communications, marketing or a related field.At least two years of experience scripting, hands-on video shooting for social media content.Strong photo editing skills, proficiency in video shooting/editing software, and social media savvy.A portfolio that showcases versatility and creativity is essential.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.We offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and innovation.
