Our projects are managed by a team of highly skilled professionals committed to excellence and innovation.Designation : Process Design EngineerJob Overview:Will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of process systems in accordance with project requirements.Will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the efficient, safe, and cost-effective execution of engineering projects.The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, creativity, and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain accurate PFDs and P&IDs to reflect system design and operational processes.Assist in performing hydraulic calculations and selecting the appropriate size for process vessels, ensuring functionality and efficiency.Preparing Line list, Equipment List and valve list.Preparation of Detailed Data Sheets for Process Equipment and Instruments: Prepare and verify technical data sheets for all process equipment, ensuring that specifications align with project requirements.Sizing and Selection of Control Valves and Pressure Relief Systems: Specify and select appropriate control valves and pressure relief systems in accordance with project needs and safety standards.Prepare detailed documentation, including datasheets, control philosophies, isolation philosophies, and hydraulic calculations for engineering systems.Participate in Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) and Hazard Identification (HAZID) studies, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.Collaborate with vendors to acquire process equipment and ensure all technical specifications are met. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines for seamless integration.Monitor project timelines, track progress, and ensure that milestones are achieved within the specified timeframe.Required Technical Skills:1. Solid understanding of hydraulic calculations, control systems, and process safety.2. Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure precision in all aspects of design and documentation.3.
