They will also possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client implementations concurrently.**Team Mentoring & Development:**As a seasoned professional, the candidate will be expected to mentor and train team members on 3DS implementation best practices and processes. They will also be responsible for allocating tasks and ensuring the team meets implementation timelines and quality standards.**Required Skills & Qualifications:**Extensive experience in implementing 3DS or payment authentication solutions.Strong understanding of EMV 3DS 2.x protocols, PCI DSS compliance, and payments industry.Experience in creating and managing technical documentation.Excellent project management skills.Leadership experience with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams.**Preferred Qualifications:**Experience with global card schemes (Visa, Mastercard).Experience in process improvement initiatives.**Ideal Candidate Profile:**The ideal candidate will be a proactive and innovative problem solver, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
