We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Network Administrator. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our office networks, internet providers, and security systems.Key Responsibilities:Network Management: Manage office networks (LAN / WAN), Internet providers, Telco coordination, migration to national AT&T network planSecurity Management: Implement Bitdefender / Microsoft Defender, manage Outlook / Hosting / Access controlHosting & Domain Management: Acquire and renew domains, manage DNS settings, SSL certificate renewalsZoom Administration: Configure Zoom, set up call routing, install appsServer & Remote Access Management: Manage Trams hosting, remote PCs, ensure secure accessVendor Coordination: Work with network vendors, Sector 7, Zoom, TelcosTeam Management: Lead India support team, provide desktop support supervisionTicket Resolution: Manage access requests, resolve tickets efficientlyIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire network infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between teams and departments.
