Job Title: Senior Pricing StrategistWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Strategist to join our team.Pricing Strategy and Governance:The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with business goals. They will also be responsible for maintaining a pricing framework, including cost-plus, value-based, and market-based models, for various service lines.Deal Pricing and Bid Support:The Senior Pricing Strategist will lead the pricing process for new RFPs, renewals, and change requests in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Delivery. They will model financial outcomes (P&L, IRR, payback period) to assess commercial viability and recommend optimal commercial structures.Cost Modeling and Benchmarking:They will develop and maintain cost models (labor, tech, infrastructure, overhead) across regions and service lines and benchmark pricing and costs against market data to ensure competitiveness.Profitability Management:The Senior Pricing Strategist will analyze deal-level and portfolio-level profitability and identify margin improvement levers. They will collaborate with delivery and finance teams to drive margin expansion initiatives and track price realization versus contracted rates.Commercial Analytics and Insights:They will build pricing dashboards and tools to monitor trends, elasticity, and competitive dynamics and provide insights on pricing performance and client behavior (discounts, renewals, renegotiations).Cross-Functional Collaboration:The Senior Pricing Strategist will partner with Sales, FP&A, and Operations to align pricing with delivery capabilities and financial targets and support Finance during budgeting and forecasting with pricing and revenue insights.Continuous Improvement and Automation:They will implement automation tools (e.g., CPQ, pricing databases, margin simulators) and simplify and streamline pricing processes for faster response times.Knowledge:Qualification: MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.Experience: 13-15 years' experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis.Corporate forecasting and accounting experience.
