What You Will Do:
- Lead with Vision: Oversee and manage all design aspects of faƧade projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with architects, project managers, production, and operations teams to deliver practical, innovative, and efficient solutions.
- Focus on Precision: Review and approve detailed shop drawings, fabrication details, and technical specifications to ensure design excellence.
- Mentor and Inspire: Guide, motivate, and develop a team of talented designers to achieve technical and creative excellence.
- Drive Efficiency: Manage design budgets and schedules while optimizing processes to achieve superior project outcomes.
What You Bring to the Table:
ā Experience: 8+ years of experience in faƧade design, with significant exposure to India and GCC markets.
ā Education: Bachelorās Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
ā Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino); additional certifications in project management or design tools are an advantage.
ā Expertise: Strong knowledge of faƧade systems, materials, structural principles, design safety standards, and international building codes.
ā Leadership: Proven ability to lead design teams, solve problems, and deliver exceptional results through collaboration and guidance.
ā Innovation: A track record of driving creative and practical design solutions while maintaining efficiency and quality.
