About the Position:The role entails managing domestic & international ticketing processes, including issuance, reissuance, cancellation, refund management, and fare quoting via various global distribution systems.Key Responsibilities: • Issue, reissue & cancel air tickets (domestic & international) using GDS platforms. • Provide optimal fare quotes and manage refunds according to airline policies. • Handle schedule changes, group bookings, and special requests from airlines. • Resolve disputes with finance & airline teams regarding ADM/ACM issues. • Support Sales teams/partners through phone, email, and internal systems.Essential Qualifications: • 2 - 5 years of experience in ticketing services. • Proficiency in GDS platforms is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of fare rules, ticketing procedures, and refund guidelines. • Excellent communication and multitasking skills are required.
