Key Responsibilities -- Create static, and video, ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other platforms. - Translate campaign briefs into compelling ad concepts. - Ensure brand consistency across all ad formats. - Coordinate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns. - Stay updated on trends, formats, and platform best practices. Required Skills - - 2+ years of experience in digital ad creative development. - Strong knowledge of performance marketing creatives. - Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools. - Good visual storytelling, attention to detail, and creativity. Good to Have - - Experience in a startup or agency environment. - Understanding of basic analytics and creative performance metrics.
