Job Title: Creative Visuals Specialist We are seeking a skilled and creative Visuals Specialist to join our team. This role requires the ability to design high-quality visuals for social media platforms, e-commerce assets, and packaging. Key Responsibilities:Develop engaging creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).Create eye-catching e-commerce assets including PDP banners, A+ content, SKU creatives, thumbnails, and platform-specific layouts.Support packaging design across formats—cartons, sleeves, labels, and artwork adaptations—ensuring print accuracy.Maintain visual consistency across campaigns, product lines, and brand guidelines.Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into clear, engaging designs.Adapt global assets to the local market while maintaining brand identity.Work closely with external agencies, printers, and cross-functional teams.Manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds and strong attention to detail. Required Skills & Experience:3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the beauty or FMCG category.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects is a plus).Experience designing for social media, e-commerce, and packaging is mandatory.Strong understanding of color, typography, composition, and aesthetics.Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end design delivery.Basic knowledge of print production, dielines, and packaging specifications.A strong portfolio showcasing design work.
