Your goal is to ensure successful execution of verification plans and collaboration with cross-functional teams.You will design and develop test plans, testbenches, and coverage analysis for high-speed peripherals (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, QSPI) and high-speed protocols (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet, CXL, MIPI, DDR, HBM).You will conduct gate-level simulations and power-aware verification using tools like Xprop and UPF, and analyze and implement System Verilog assertions and functional coverage to ensure thorough verification of design functionality.You will mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and helping to elevate team performance.You will manage a dynamic team of verification engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.You will ensure that all verification signoff criteria are met, with clear and comprehensive documentation.You will demonstrate strong dedication, work ethic, and commitment to meeting project goals and deadlines.You will contribute to continuous improvements in verification methodologies, upholding quality standards and implementing best test practices.QualificationsWe are seeking candidates with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SoC Design Verification, including expertise in verification of high-speed SoCs and various protocols, proficiency in System Verilog, and experience with gate-level simulations and power-aware verification using Xprop and UPF.Candidates should also have strong hands-on experience with VCS and Xsim from Synopsys and Cadence, as well as demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
