Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user stories and technical specifications to develop test cases and test scripts.
  • Perform unit, functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools.
  • Work closely with developers to understand system requirements and ensure thorough testing.
  • Execute manual and automated tests to validate product functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate in the preparation and maintenance of test plans and test scenarios.
  • Assist in the setup and management of test environments.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in software testing, with hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing.
  • Skills:
  • Basic understanding of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java script) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and STLC.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).


Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud services.
  • Experience in testing CI/CD pipelines for reliable and seamless deployments
