We are expanding and looking for a talented Proposal Engineer to join our growing team and help shape the future of sustainable water solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Proposal Engineer at Natureflow Ventures, you will be responsible for:
- Creating Detailed Proposals: Develop accurate and comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for wastewater, effluent, and water treatment projects. Ensure alignment with client requirements and project specifications.
- Cost Estimation: Analyze project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment, to generate competitive and profitable quotes.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with the sales team and clients to understand project requirements, clarify technical queries, and refine proposals based on feedback.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure all technical and commercial details are captured and clearly communicated in the proposals.
- Tender Documentation: Review and prepare tender documents for submission in accordance with client expectations and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal engineering, project estimation, or a related role, preferably in water treatment, wastewater, or infrastructure projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with STP, ETP, and WTP processes, systems, and equipment.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with CAD or proposal preparation software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
