Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement quality control standards, procedures, and best practices * Monitor operational outputs to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks * Conduct audits, evaluations, and corrective action follow-ups * Prepare quality assessment reports and performance insights * Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of quality deviations * Train and guide team members on quality protocols and compliance * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes Required Skills & Qualifications * 1–2 years of proven experience in quality controlling or similar role * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability * Ability to analyse data and prepare structured reports * Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English * Ability to work independently in a remote setting * Strong organisational and documentation skills We are looking for a skilled Quality Controller (non technical) to oversee, evaluate, and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and performance standards across operational processes. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in quality control practices and strong analytical and organizational abilities.
