Senior Game Developer RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Developer to take up a challenging game development role. This is a full-time on-site position located in Bengaluru.The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize game mechanics, programming functionalities, and gameplay features using Unity. They will collaborate with the game design team to implement innovative ideas and solve programming challenges to enhance performance and user experience.Own gameplay systems, architecture, and features from concept through implementation and release.Lead small pods (1–3 developers) when required and mentor junior engineers.Prototype and iterate on mechanics with designers quickly.Optimize game performance (GPU, CPU, memory usage) for smooth mobile gameplay.Mandatory Skills:3–5 years professional experience in Unity + C# game development.Proven experience shipping at least one live mobile game.Strong understanding of Unity architecture: prefabs, scene management, asset workflows.Solid experience with optimization, profiling, memory management.Bonus Skills:Experience with multiplayer or real-time features.Experience with shaders, URP, animation systems, or rendering pipelines.Knowledge of ECS / DOTS or advanced optimization techniques.We offer flexible work hours, health benefits, regular team-building events, fast growth path and direct impact on product and roadmap.
