Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Okta Orchestrator Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and managing identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Okta. This role involves designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining orchestration workflows to ensure seamless integration and automation of IAM and other system processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain IAM Solutions: Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using Okta.
  • Workflow Orchestration: Create and manage orchestration workflows to automate IAM processes.
  • Integration: Integrate Okta with various applications and systems to streamline authentication and authorization.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure all IAM solutions comply with security policies and regulations.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to IAM and Okta integrations.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in developing IAM solutions using Okta.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and experience with REST APIs.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including SSO, MFA, and user provisioning.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certifications: Okta Certified Professional or similar certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms and 3rd party systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
