You will conduct research on federal and state income tax matters and consult on tax notices and audit information requests. Your role includes initiating process improvement initiatives to enhance tax compliance efficiency, participating in transfer pricing audits, and providing project management support. Additionally, you will conduct asset valuations, review intercompany transactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of financial analyses.Job Description:Essential Responsibilities: Initiate and review federal and state income tax returns and supporting calculationsGather data from various departments to support income tax returns and calculationsExecute research on federal and state income tax mattersConsult with federal and state income tax notices and audit information requestsInitiate process improvement initiatives to increase tax compliance efficiencyParticipate in transfer pricing audits and provide project management supportConduct valuations of various assets and review intercompany transactionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of financial analysesPrepare clear and concise transfer pricing documentationStay up to date with transfer pricing regulations and assist with TP function oversightManage the preparation of TP reports and review intercompany cross-chargesManage audit document preparationExpected Qualifications:3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
