Frontend Engineer

🔍 About the Role:

Dairy Saathi is an agritech platform connecting farmers directly to consumers through three dedicated frontend apps:

• An admin React.js web app for farm management
• A React Native mobile app for delivery drivers
• A React Native mobile app for end customers

Version 2.0 is on the way, bringing significant enhancements in user experience and performance.

We're looking for an experienced frontend engineer eager to take end-to-end ownership of modern, impactful products and shape the user experience in a mission-driven company.

🎨 Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, architecture, and maintenance of all frontend apps (admin, driver, customer)
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to rapidly deliver new features
• Own and champion code quality, maintainability, and performance across projects
• Mentor and review code for junior engineers to uphold development excellence
• Advocate for modern frontend best practices, with an emphasis on automated testing, accessibility, and usability
• Drive innovation in UI/UX—quickly prototype and implement the latest technologies for frictionless user journeys

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native app development
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and UI frameworks (such as Material UI)
• Strong background in unit/automated testing and continuous integration (CI/CD)
• Track record of optimizing performance and ensuring application security
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex app state
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and effective cross-functional collaboration
