Job Title: Global Regional SpecialistJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Regional Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, drive strategic programmatic initiatives, and make a meaningful impact on the organization.Key Responsibilities:Regional Strategy Development: Work closely with leaders in the field to develop and support regional strategies and programs that drive membership development goals, increase service impact, and leadership development opportunities.Program Implementation: Educate and provide advanced understanding of the programs and initiatives of the Association and Foundation, delivering effective training and supporting regional implementations and cultural adaptations.Stakeholder Engagement: Develop dynamic and collaborative relationships with global volunteer leaders and build an understanding of their regional areas of focus, providing regionalized support and service.Grant Management: Review membership development grant applications, prepare staff reviews and recommendations for committee consideration, and track progress of grant-funded activities.Reporting and Analysis: Support leaders in the field in the development of quarterly reports and provide insights based on trends and real-time data.Training and Development: Coordinate and conduct GAT regional training (virtually and in-person), including the development of agendas, reports, and presentations in support of trainings/meetings.Communication and Collaboration: Develop regional GAT communications, ensure appropriate utilization of leader budgets, and coordinate area forum GAT events.Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Minimum graduate degree (post-graduation preferred)Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of related experience, post qualificationCommunication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to navigate international business situations diplomaticallyCreativity and Problem-Solving: Self-motivated and able to be successful with little oversight, with ability to develop strong relationships with diverse groups of stakeholdersLanguages: Speaks multiple languages (English & Hindi, French would be an added advantage)Benefits:This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days from office and 2 days from home. Regular travel is required, approximately 20-25%.Working Environment and Conditions:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
