Electrical Components Inspector

Quality Control EngineerWe are looking for an experienced Quality Professional with strong knowledge of electrical and electronic components testing.Conduct incoming quality inspection for motors, ESCs, batteries, GPS modules, autopilots, RF/telemetry devices, harnesses, propellers, and PCB assemblies using standard testing instruments and established quality standards.Perform functional testing, continuity checks, and parameter validation to ensure compliance with design specifications and purchase orders.Review datasheets and verify components against design and purchase specifications to ensure accuracy and reliability.Validate motor direction, thrust performance, battery IR values, soldering quality, connector fitment, and propeller balancing to ensure optimal system performance.Maintain calibration logs and ensure all testing instruments are within valid calibration cycles to guarantee accurate results.Collaborate with Design, Integration, Production, and Supply Chain teams to resolve component and assembly issues and coordinate supplier feedback for quality improvement.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong experience in electrical/electronic component testing and inspection.Proficiency in using testing instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, battery analyzers, IR meters, LCR meters, electronic load testers, thrust test stands, crimping tools, wire strippers, and soldering tools.Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, circuit drawings, and component datasheets.Familiarity with quality documentation including IQC, IPQC, and FQC reports, along with experience in MS Excel, QC reporting, checklists, and traceability systems.Educational qualification: ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
