You'll work with bright and like-minded people in a global, inclusive culture, collaborating on diverse projects across the globe.Key Responsibilities:Planning, organizing, and executing project lifecyclesLeading teams to deliver large-scale system projectsMaintaining effective communication with clients and collaboratorsProviding strong leadership to teams and identifying issues proactivelyOptimizing resource allocation and controlling project costsYou'll be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery. This includes managing project resources, timelines, and budgets, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.We're looking for someone with:A Bachelor's degree or above and at least 5 years of experience in software delivery companiesA comprehensive understanding of SDLC and R&D processesExcellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsA high sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressurePrior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
