Job Title: Frontend DeveloperAt our fast-growing health technology startup, we are looking for a talented frontend engineer who can help us build beautiful, performant user experiences.Main Responsibilities:• Design and implement responsive, accessible, and highly performant user interfaces using React and Next.js.• Translate design concepts into pixel-perfect, production-ready frontend experiences.• Implement complex data visualizations and interactive dashboards for healthcare analytics.• Create smooth, performant animations, transitions, and micro-interactions using GSAP.• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to design, consume, and integrate RESTful APIs.• Work with Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, and related tooling.• Use and improve frontend tooling including Vite, Webpack, and modern build systems.• Implement and maintain state management solutions such as Redux or Context API.• Apply strong TypeScript practices, type safety principles, and modern JavaScript techniques.• Optimize performance, loading times, and frontend architecture.• Write maintainable, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code using Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, and related tools.• Participate in code reviews and guide discussions on frontend architecture and best practices.• Contribute to UI/UX improvements, design discussions, and component-level decisions.• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex frontend issues in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:Required Skills and Qualifications:• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience.• Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade web applications.• Expert-level proficiency in React and Next.js.• Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript skills with deep understanding of type safety.• Proficiency with GSAP for building smooth, performant animations.• Strong UI/UX sensibility and experience translating designs into responsive interfaces.• Solid understanding of backend systems, RESTful APIs, and cross-team collaboration.• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially Cloud Run or Cloud Storage.• Proficiency with tooling such as Vite, Webpack, or similar build systems.• Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, or equivalent).• Strong knowledge of responsive design and CSS-in-JS frameworks.• Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.• Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.What We Offer:As a frontend developer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on a fast-paced project that ships quickly and makes an immediate impact.
