### **Job Description**


The ideal candidate will manage and execute the organization's online marketing strategy by planning and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns. With a strong background in digital marketing, this candidate will oversee the creation of content, launch advertisements, and analyze performance to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. The candidate will also manage the company’s social media presence and develop strategies for continuous growth.


### **Responsibilities**


- Design, manage, and regularly update content for the organization’s website

- Develop and execute strategies to foster a strong digital connection with customers

- Oversee and monitor the company's social media presence, ensuring engagement and growth

- Plan and launch targeted advertisements to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition

- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization

- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices


### **Qualifications**


- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including experience with business-to-customer (B2C) social media management and content creation

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics

- Proven track record of launching successful digital campaigns and improving brand presence online

- Excellent creative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Experience with marketing automation tools and content management systems (CMS)

- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team
