The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to drive product development, mentor engineering talent, and contribute to our company's growth in global markets.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & ManagementLead and manage a team of 8-15 software engineers.Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planningFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance engineering cultureRecruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent in the competitive Indian marketProvide technical mentorship and guidance to team membersTechnical ExcellenceDrive architectural decisions and ensure code quality standardsOversee technical debt management and system scalabilityCollaborate with product managers and designers on feature planning and deliveryEstablish and maintain engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processesLead technical reviews and ensure robust testing practicesProject & Process ManagementManage multiple concurrent projects using Agile/Scrum methodologiesEnsure timely delivery of high-quality software productsCoordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and DesignImplement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practicesMonitor team velocity and optimize development workflowsStrategic InitiativesContribute to technical strategy and roadmap planningIdentify opportunities for process improvements and automationStay current with industry trends and emerging technologiesRepresent engineering in company-wide initiatives and planning sessionsRequired Qualifications:Technical Skills:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field6+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in management rolesStrong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, React, Go, etc.)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architectureKnowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching systems, and message queuesFamiliarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practicesLeadership & Soft Skills:Proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teamsExcellent communication skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExperience with performance management and conflict resolutionAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the IT services or product development industryKnowledge of compliance requirements for global marketsContributions to open-source projects or technical publicationsCertifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) or cloud platformsWhat We Offer:Competitive salaryPerformance-based bonuses and equity participationComprehensive health insurance for employee and familyLocation:Noida, India
