You'll be at the forefront of digital storytelling, combining traditional editing expertise with cutting-edge AI video technology.Key Responsibilities:Edit high-quality video content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)Create engaging short-form and long-form video ads that drive performance and brand awarenessSeamlessly integrate AI-generated video content with traditional footage for polished, professional resultsDevelop creative concepts and storyboards for social media campaignsAdapt content for multiple aspect ratios and platform specificationsIncorporate motion graphics, animations, text overlays, and sound designStay current with social media trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithm changesCollaborate with marketing and creative teams to align video content with campaign objectivesManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlinesMaintain organized media libraries and efficient editing workflowsRequired Qualifications:3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in social media or digital advertisingExpert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci ResolveStrong portfolio demonstrating social media video work and advertising contentProven ability to integrate AI-generated video seamlessly with traditional footageUnderstanding of social media platform specifications, best practices, and trending formatsExcellent sense of pacing, timing, color grading, and audio mixingStrong storytelling abilities and creative visionAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills:Experience with Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or other motion graphics softwareKnowledge of AI video generation tools (Runway, Pika, Synthesia, etc.)Experience with performance marketing and direct response video advertisingUnderstanding of video SEO and platform algorithmsBasic photography and cinematography skillsFamiliarity with social media analytics and video performance metrics
