About the JobWe are seeking a skilled Data Architect to join our team. As a Data Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data solutions that drive business growth and success.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work on ongoing support activities and project efforts as needed, ensuring seamless data operations across multiple platforms.Triage identified issues across Account source platforms, integrations, and Customer Data Hub, providing timely resolutions to critical data-related problems.Analyze and triage API messages as part of ongoing platform support, maintaining data quality and integrity.Perform CDH (Customer Data Hub) initial data loads and data cleanup using Postman, Python, SQL, Big Query SQL, and Datadog, ensuring accurate and reliable data delivery.Support Google Big Query data extracts for data analysis activities, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.Partner with other IT platform experts to drive resolution of data issues, leveraging collective expertise to achieve common goals.Support user maintenance and setup activities, ensuring smooth data operations and minimal downtime.Partner with the data stewardship team to ensure robust data maintenance capabilities and business processes are working appropriately, maintaining data governance and compliance.Monitor key performance indicators of the CDH solution to ensure data quality and established policies are working as expected, identifying areas for improvement.Analyze and compare large datasets using tools like Python, SQL, and Excel, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
