Omnichannel Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Customer Data Cloud (CDC) and Customer Data Platform (CDP), as well as practical experience with marketing automation, segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel orchestration.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining systems across channels using CDx and Emarsys tools. They will also need to have proficiency in JavaScript, SAP BTP, Node.js, or related technologies, as well as strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, OAuth, SAML, and other authentication/authorization mechanisms.Additionally, the candidate should have experience in debugging and troubleshooting system integrations and performance bottlenecks, as well as understanding of customer data architecture, privacy, consent management, and preference centre configurations.Preferred qualifications include certifications in CDC and/or Emarsys, experience with Commerce Cloud or other CX solutions, experience with cloud platforms such as BTP, AWS, or Azure, experience working in a global, distributed team setup, and exposure to use cases involving product recommendations, behavioural triggers, and real-time personalization via Emarsys.Required Skills and QualificationsHands-on experience with CDC and CDP.Practical experience with marketing automation, segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel orchestration.Proficiency in JavaScript, SAP BTP, Node.js, or related technologies.Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, OAuth, SAML, and other authentication/authorization mechanisms.Experience in debugging and troubleshooting system integrations and performance bottlenecks.Understanding of customer data architecture, privacy, consent management, and preference centre configurations.BenefitsAs a specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
