Job Role:

· Plan & execute Audit of Procedure & Systems for Quality Management of the supplier’s organization.

· Identify weak areas related to QMS.

· Guide suppliers to build robust systems based on best practices being followed in the industry to improve adherence.

· Improvement of weak areas and re-audit for confirmation.

· Thorough understanding of Quality Management Tools like PFMEA, 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, QFD, Six Sigma, SPC, MSA, 8D etc.

· Organize & Conduct training sessions on QMS for Suppliers

· Plan and coordinate with other departments for getting the necessary quality inputs for required suppliers.

· Regularly compile best practices related to QMS being followed at various suppliers and OEMs.

· Engage and involve in supplier performance data analysis.

· Take lead in developing quality assurance strategies based on current challenges.

Competency Required:

a. Technical/Functional:

· Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.

· Internal Auditor certification course for ISO 9001 / IATF- 16949.

· Knowledge of Quality Management Tools & Statistical techniques like SPC/ MSA/ FMEA/ PPAP/ APQP.

· Awareness about the latest updates on best in class industry practices.

b. Behavioural

· Good communication and team moderation skills

· High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

· Good Presentation skills & IT Skills

· Good coordination / Networking skills

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE FOR FUNCTIONAL AREA:

· Worked in a profile of implementing / auditing Quality Management Systems.
