Job Summary:We are seeking an accomplished Endocrinologist Specialist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This key role involves delivering high-quality patient-centered care within the division, with a focus on diagnosing and treating complex conditions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough patient assessments, taking medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing personalized treatment plans for injuries, illnesses, and disorders within the specialty.Prescribe and administer appropriate medication, therapy, or other specialized medical care, and perform necessary procedures/surgeries related to the specialty.Liaise and consult with other medical specialists, departments, and support services to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.Accurately document all relevant clinical information in a clear and timely fashion, complying with legal and regulatory requirements.Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and research activities to enhance patient safety and care standards.Provide instruction, guidance, and supervision to junior medical staff, residents, and students.Communicate clinical information to patients and their families in a timely and compassionate manner, obtaining informed consent for procedures as required.Adhere to all hospital departmental and divisional policies, procedures, and DOH regulations, including occupational health and safety guidelines and infection control protocols.Required Skills and Qualifications:The successful candidate will possess:Degree in medicine from a recognized institution;Clinical experience in endocrinology, including diagnosis and treatment of complex conditions;Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues;Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team;Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.Others:We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
