**Job Title:** Website ManagerWe are seeking a high-performance Website Designer + SEO Specialist who can build, optimize, and scale websites fast. The ideal candidate should live and breathe Elementor, SEO, site speed, analytics, and AI-driven optimization.**Key Responsibilities:Build advanced websites and landing pages using Elementor (4+ years required)Create conversion-focused layouts, funnels, and responsive designsManage updates, plugins, hosting tasks, troubleshooting, and security fixesImprove UI/UX with modern, clean, high-impact design**SEO - On-Page, Off-Page & AI-Powered:Full keyword research, clustering, and ranking strategyOptimize all pages for SEO: technical, metadata, schema, internal linkingExecute off-page SEO: backlink outreach, citations, authority buildingUse AI tools to scale SEO (ChatGPT, Surfer, Jasper, RankMath AI, etc.)Track performance: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs**Performance & Speed Optimization:Deliver fast-loading websites (Core Web Vitals)Fix speed, caching, CDN, image optimization, and indexing issuesAudit, report, and improve site health regularly**Required Skills and Qualifications:4+ years building websites with Elementor (non-negotiable)Strong command of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEOAbility to create high-converting landing pagesExperience with keyword research, monitoring, and reportingFamiliar with: RankMath, Yoast, SEMrush, Ahrefs, UbersuggestKnowledge of HTML/CSS basicsStrong command of website maintenance, backups, and troubleshooting**Bonus Skills (Huge Plus):Content writing for SEOExperience designing with Canva / FigmaAI workflow automationAbility to manage full website ecosystemsUnderstanding of security, malware prevention, and plugin conflicts**What We Want:Somone fast, reliable, detail-obsessedA problem-solver who takes ownershipSomone ready to start immediatelySomone who wants short-term work that can easily become full-timeSomone who can show results, not excuses**Apply Now:Send: Your CV or LinkedIn profile, Your portfolio (Elementor projects), SEO results or case studies, Your earliest start date
