Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the full cycle of payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees across multiple states.Process payroll accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally.Partner with HR teams on employee data updates related to compensation, benefits, and employment status changes.Main ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for:Preparing, reconciling, and submitting payroll tax filings (941, state/local) and leading year-end processes including W-2 and 1095-C coordination.Reconciling payroll general ledger entries; supporting month-end close, financial reporting, and internal/external audits.Maintaining and auditing HR and payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance with EEO, FMLA, COBRA, and other employment regulations.Documenting and maintaining payroll procedures to comply with internal controls and audit standards.
