We are seeking a skilled and proactive Threat Hunter to join our cybersecurity team. As a key member of our threat intelligence team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential security threats using various techniques.Key responsibilities include:Conducting thorough threat hunts using advanced techniques to detect hidden threats.Investigating escalated security incidents and performing in-depth forensic analysis to identify root causes.Analysing Windows OS artifacts, including event logs, registry changes, file system activity, and process execution to identify potential threats.Performing memory forensics to identify malware, suspicious processes, and evidence of compromise.Conducting PCAP analysis to detect malicious network activity and understand the attack chain.Preferred qualifications include:Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework to map adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) during investigations.Experience with ransomware and malware TTPs, including initial access, lateral movement, persistence mechanisms, and data exfiltration techniques.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
