Director of New SaaS Ventures

Senior Product Launch ManagerYou will spearhead the discovery and launch of new SaaS tools, focusing on high-demand, low-competition market gaps. Key responsibilities include identifying 2–3 strong SaaS opportunities, developing MVPs for market release, executing user acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, optimizing funnels, pricing, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).This high-impact role involves direct collaboration with founders to drive product growth. You will be responsible for launching products, scaling one tool at a time, and repeating the process to ensure continuous improvement.To excel in this position, you should have 7–12 years of experience in SaaS research, product launch, or paid growth. A robust portfolio of successfully launched products is mandatory.Pivotal skills required include expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, landing pages, and the ability to rapidly adapt and execute multiple growth strategies.Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of SaaS business models, including revenue streams and customer lifecycle managementAbility to collect and analyze data from various sources to inform strategic decisionsIn this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills and experience to drive significant impact and growth in the company.
