Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team at Portway Solutions India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition and a strong understanding of recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews.
• Source candidates through various platforms such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess qualifications to match job requirements.
• Coordinate and maintain strong communication with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on current recruitment trends and best practices.
• Experience in tech hiring will be an add on advantage.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize recruitment tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using job portals, applicant tracking systems, and social media for recruitment.
• Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
