Lead Systems AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Analyst to drive end-to-end integration and data migration solutions into Oracle ERP Cloud. This is a high-ownership role covering the full delivery lifecycle — from assessment and design to build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn all ODI & OIC integration deliverables as the SMELead end-to-end phases: requirements, design (HLD/LLD), build, UAT, implementation, hypercareBuild robust ODI ETL/ELT pipelines for master & transactional data migrationDevelop OIC integrations, API orchestrations, and event-driven workflowsDeliver solutions using APIs, FBDI, UCM, and file-based integration patternsCreate HLD, LLD, FSD, TSD, ICDs, mapping specs, and error-handling frameworksExecute full data migration lifecycle — extraction to reconciliationUse Oracle DB 19c, SQL & PL/SQL for complex transformation logicWork with Airflow / Control-M for scheduling and monitoring jobsCollaborate with functional teams across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, AHC, UCMEnsure all integrations meet performance, security, and compliance standardsRequirements8+ years of hands-on experience with ODI & OICStrong background in Oracle ERP Cloud integrations and data migrationExpertise in ETL/ELT, OIC flows, adapters, error handling & orchestrationStrong SQL, PL/SQL & Oracle Database 19c proficiencyExperience delivering structured project documentation (HLD/LLD/FSD/TSD)Knowledge of Airflow / Control-M or similar schedulersSolid understanding of DWH/data-mart conceptsNice to HaveODI / OIC certificationsExperience integrating with banking, tax, procurement, CRM, or legacy ERP systemsKnowledge of UCM, BI Publisher, OTBIExposure to agile and waterfall methodologiesBenefitsThis role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development, working on cutting-edge projects and collaborating with experienced professionals in the field.Applicants should be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
