Compliance Manager RoleThis role is responsible for managing compliance across regions, collaborating with operations stakeholders, and providing solutions for identified compliance risks.The ideal candidate should have experience in compliance management, audit management, safety management, food safety, and risk assessments.Key Responsibilities:Support regional leads to drive compliance across the region, collaborating with operations stakeholders.Execute formal monitoring system level checks at facility level and identify risk-prone areas and gaps.Communicate reporting and analytic initiatives.Ensure reports meet compliance obligations and legal considerations.Track and monitor regulatory contacts and report missed ones.Share regulatory contact reports with all leads and SMEs and track until closure.Conduct assessments to define and analyze possible risks.Audit processes and procedures.Design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks.Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.About the TeamWe work collaboratively to drive compliance across regions, supporting each other to achieve our goals.We are committed to identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for all stakeholders.We communicate effectively, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve our compliance outcomes.We track and monitor regulatory contacts, staying up-to-date on changing regulations and requirements.We design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks, reducing the likelihood of non-compliance.We collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects that drive compliance forward.
