Job Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales in the weekend homes market. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent customer service, and a good understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, VDNB Calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective buyers to present weekend home options.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of the company’s weekend homes.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with clients, provide updates, and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Sales Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in real estate, Freshers Can Apply too.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Desired Attributes:
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Location:
- Daily Reporting at Head office in Thane, and Site Visits as and when visits are there.
