This role involves translating regulatory complexity into user-friendly software that industries love to adopt.Lead the development of ESG, BRSR & Carbon Reporting modulesConvert regulations (SEBI BRSR, GHG Protocol, CCTS, Plastic EPR) into product workflowsConduct sector and competitor research in the Indian climate compliance spaceThe ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of India's sustainability landscape and be able to work effectively at the intersection of product, compliance, and climate innovation.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement ESG compliance strategies- Convert regulations into product workflows- Conduct research in the Indian climate compliance space- Collaborate with design and engineering to define clear user journeys- Collect user feedback from sustainability heads, plant teams & consultants- Support in backlog planning, requirement writing & product prioritization
