That's why we work closely with the government, non-profit organisations, and other stakeholders to bridge the gap between intent and execution.Our work encompasses tracking policy implementation, designing data-driven governance solutions, and assisting decision-makers in navigating complex challenges.If you meet the qualification criteria for any of the positions listed below, please submit your application.Track 1: Project ManagementPositions:Team Lead: PG, with 8+ years of experience (5+ years as Team Lead) Manager: PG, with 5+ years of experience OR 7+ years of experience for graduatesConsultant: Graduate/Postgraduate, along with 3+ years of experienceCriteria:MBA/ Law or Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical Engineering or related fieldsStrong skills in risk, resource, and schedule managementExperience in infrastructure project/government project delivery is mandatoryExperience in construction management is a plusTrack 2: Information TechnologyPositions:Manager: PG, along with 5+ years of experienceConsultant: Graduate/Post Graduate, along with 2+ years of experienceCriteria:Computer Science/ Engineering/ IT/ Data Science/ Statistics, or ManagementExperience in MIS development/ management, preferably in infrastructure, database management, and data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau)Asset mapping, cataloguing, and monitoring experience is an advantageTrack 3: Legal and Policy AdvisoryPositions:Manager: Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years of experienceConsultant: Graduate/Postgraduate, along with 2+ years of experienceCriteria:Law/Public Policy/Social Sciences/Administration, or related fieldsExperience in regulatory compliance, legal advisory, policy/governance consulting, contract drafting, etc.Infrastructure development sector exposure is a plusTrack 4: Communication and OutreachPositions:Manager: Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience Consultant: Graduate/Postgraduate, along with 3+ years of experienceCriteria:Mass Communication, PR, or related fieldsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in public affairs communication and command over the Gujarati language are added advantages
