Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead our Engineering efforts.Enterprise Strategy & Design:Operating Model Development: Shape the operating model, role archetypes, and governance required for large-scale operations.Roadmap Execution: Define and execute the operations roadmap to transition employees from existing models to new ones.Financial Partnership: Collaborate with COOs and CFOs to deliver revenue growth, margin expansion, and efficiency improvements.Commercial Value Proposition: Translate operational outcomes into commercial value propositions for clients and build metrics dashboards to track efficiency, revenue rotation, and value delivered.Delivery Readiness & Client Success:Readiness Accelerator: Lead the readiness accelerator to re-architect skills, responsibilities, and workflows.Efficiency and Outcomes: Drive delivery efficiency and business outcomes in designated accounts.Integration of Solutions: Partner with COOs to integrate solutions into delivery frameworks, ensuring high-quality client experiences.Quality Assurance: Institutionalize quality assurance and governance frameworks for efficient delivery.Hybrid Model Delivery: Ensure seamless delivery in hybrid models (human + AI workforce) with consistent client experiences.Governance and Reporting: Govern operations adoption through clear checkpoints, risk controls, and Board reporting.Change Leadership:Change Management Function: Lead change management to drive mindset, process, and culture shifts across ecosystems.Collaboration with GDC Leads: Collaborate with Global Delivery Center leads to integrate operations into scaled delivery hubs.Customer Experience & Value:ACE Function Oversight: Oversee the customer experience function and ensure adoption frameworks drive measurable value for clients.Outcome Tracking: Track and report outcomes across delivery excellence, efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.Compliance Goals: Ensure compliance on quality indexes across accounts.Best Practices Establishment: Establish best practices and playbooks, embedding continuous improvement across service lines.Talent & Capability Build:Global Talent Strategy: Build a global talent strategy with new role archetypes (e.g., workflow designer).Career Pathways Development: Develop career pathways, certifications, and rotation models to ensure workforce readiness.
