Project CoordinatorAbout this roleAs a project coordinator, you will support project planning, governance, and reporting activities. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their skills in project management and delivery operations.Key Responsibilities• Assist in documenting project information, including RAID logs, status reports, and project dashboards.• Support resource allocation and onboarding/offboarding processes.• Help track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure alignment with expectations.• Coordinate with teams to collect project updates, risks, and dependencies.• Assist in managing project governance cadences such as sprint reviews and quarterly planning.• Maintain project repositories and assist in creating operational reports and analytics.• Contribute to improving project templates and standard operating procedures.• Provide administrative support to the project team.Requirements• Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field).• Strong interest in project management and delivery operations.• Good understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace—especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.• Excellent communication and organizational skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.Benefits• Hands-on experience working with experienced project leaders.• Exposure to enterprise project governance and agile delivery processes.• Opportunity to develop strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.Growth Opportunities• Professional path into PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Delivery Operations roles
